Polarity Healing Therapy

Recently I got real with myself with where I am in my self help healing journey. I took myself as far as I could in parenting my inner child on the self help healing journey. I realized I needed help overcoming some of the same patterns of behavior that no longer served its purpose in my life. I am so very grateful I forged through the feeling of defeat I felt and made myself an appointment with a therapist. Not just a traditional therapist, one that actually is life changing, a healing arts therapist who specializes in polarity healing. It was divine timing for me, I believe, and I let her know. No joke, I will say this is the type of therapy I was in need of for over 30 years. Someone who actually hears you without judgement and helps put things into perspective in ways I never received from other attempts at therapy. I cried the entire session (I mean snot nose cried) and left without a headache. Beautiful, as that's one of the things I fear most about crying. Here are a few more prominent reasons I highly recommend this type of therapy! Yes, I could have used AI to hype up this post but you can look it up yourself and do that if you need more reason to make your appointment.

  1. Freedom to be vulnerable without judgement, this type therapy has a holistic approach.

  2. Self awareness and self reflection, honoring your inner child, teenager and adult self.

  3. Finding out the version of yourself that needs the love, acceptance and healing attention. With a checking in approach on what you're feeling several times during your session.

  4. Forget about making another massage appointment. Specific bodywork is included that helps release negative or stuck energy and helps bring it into balance. Oh, did I mention it also relieved pain in my hips and traps, that have been sitting in tension for years!

  5. If you love essential oils, those were part of this therapy session too.

  6. The purposeful  decorated office setting instantly felt inviting.

  7. Reassuring you are exactly where you are to be, in the present moment, with valid feelings.

So to sum this up if you have tried therapy several times and leaving without being taught something, I strongly encourage anyone to try this holistic approach. I hope your experience is as good as mine! I am seriously looking forward to my next visit!

Keep on Healing! Sometimes we need that extra practice to forge us even further in our unique journey and it's all good if you find the right type of therapy. For yourself.
