Rebels Wish Revolutions Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policies
Orders are made to order 

Non Refundable Returns:
When ordering a product from Rebels Wish Revolutions your item is made to order. To assure you have all items correctly selected we ask that you carefully review all sizing charts as some clothing items are unisex. When in doubt with sizes on fitted items we always suggest a size up. Before placing your order please review your shopping cart with the correct size, color and items you wish to purchase and your shipping address before completing your order purchases. The reason we ask this of you is because one of Rebels Wish Revolutions goals is to eventurally make a 2% charitable donation of the monthly gross income (after making goal marks) to women, child abuse centers and/or rehab centers to help those figting to overcome & achieve a better quality of life. As the business grows we look forward to increasing those donations. Returns are not accepted as items are made to order. Final sale items are non returnable. 

Acceptable Exchanges:
We do understand that exchanges are necessary if your items are damaged upon delivery. If this does occur we have set up an exchange merchandise system to hopefully make the process of your exchange as hassle free as possible. 

• A request for exchange must be made 30 days after purchase date. 
• Must be returned in original packaging without visible signs of wear.
• Upon receiving an exchange RWR will inspect the item and issue you a credit of the purchased item. 
• Shipping on original order will not be included in the store credit on item exchanged.

How to Initiate exchange:
Email us at:  rwr.returnrequests@gmail.com. In your request please include the following information. The order number, date of purchase, a photo of the damaged product and the correct email you ordered your product.. These are required before we will begin processing the exchange. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Shipping:
Please be very careful in making sure you have the correct shipping address and track your products delivery with the tracking emails that are sent to your email to help keep you informed. RWR can not be responsible for shipping that does not get received due to the number of packages delivered being stolen. We will help you to try to track and find answers as best as we can. We apologize in advance if you fall victim to these porch pirates. If your package was not delivered please email us at rwr.shipping.help@gmail.com so we can look into this further for you.
